Foreign
tourists who come on holiday many choose the hotel which was built on
the slopes of a cliff or ravine as a place to stay in Bali. They feel the hotel provides a magical atmosphere for the residents.
Condition
that is one cause of many hotels springing up in a friend ravine or
cliff in a mountainous area in Bali, including in Ubud. This was revealed by Dewa Nyoman Bali tourism observer Putrawan in Denpasar, on Wednesday (05/10/2011).
He describes the desire of foreign tourists who travel to the island appears to exist a fundamental change. If in the year 1970-1980's, the hotel accommodation that they like is that there are white sandy beaches.
But lately, he said, many travelers prefer to enjoy solitude or spiritual tours. Therefore, said Putrawan, entrepreneurs in the industrial sector to develop tourism accommodation river ravine and valley.
He
said one of the pioneers of tourism of this gap is I Wayan Munut, who
bought land on the riverbank in Kedewatan, 35 km northeast of Denpasar
He built a cottage with an attractive natural scenery. Package tours of this type, still favored today by domestic and foreign tourists, especially equipped with spa facilities.
"It appears that many foreign tourists attractions like ravines, valleys and rivers," said Putrawan.
Putrawan explain an increasing number of foreign tourists are coming on holiday to Bali, generally want peace of mind. This is because the country has been busy from the various activities that are very tiring.
Foreign
tourists seeking tranquility in Bali today is more like staying at a
hotel or villa on the edge of the river (the gap) or on the slopes of
cliffs which are mostly located in rural areas.
Bali
is considered capable of presenting a silence, then it is not
surprising that the number of foreign tourists who flew directly to Bali
increased from the country a lot.
Appropriate
records Bali Tourism Office that the number of tourist arrivals to Bali
until August 2011 some 1.8 million people, increased to 10.4 percent
when compared to same period in 2010 only 1.6 million people.
